This afternoon there was a large fire in an old Church at the top of the village. The church was derelict and its anyone's guess what caused the fire. I, as usual managed to have the camera with me.
The churches in the Rhondda Valley played big part in the lives of many of the valley's residents, and are sadly dwindling. the hand of god is perhaps loosing its grip on the valleys.
