I had an unexpected visit to Marchwood on the opposite side of the River Hamble from the Southampton Container terminal. So in great time honored tradition I had to go for a nose to see if I could get acess to the river front. I found a great vantage point from a private walkway in front of some very prestigious flats. But I managed to get a few shots off of this ship and the one astern of her.
I went for a walk upstream and got some distance shots of the two ships on the container berths.
